Aloha!

We’re Anthony and Marivelle, the husband-and-wife team behind Designed With Aloha.

We started in 2016 by handcrafting “ALOHA” marquee letters, a bar, and a modular dance floor in our garage for our own wedding at Kualoa Ranch. Today, we operate out of three warehouses in Kāneʻohe alongside a dedicated local team. Our approach draws on Anthony’s background managing radiology IT systems across 22 West Coast hospitals, bringing technical expertise and careful planning to the creative work we do. As our family has grown, we’ve continued to work closely together, sharing ideas and solving problems throughout each build.

We offer event rentals and custom fabrication for weddings, corporate activations, and private gatherings across Hawaiʻi.

You can choose pieces from our rental collection, commission something custom, or bring both together in one event. Our custom work can begin with a single illuminated sign or extend to an entire venue. We use digital renderings to help you see the design before production and consider how lighting and guest movement will shape the space. In our Kāneʻohe workshop, we combine scenic carpentry with CNC routing, laser cutting, 3D printing, and direct UV printing to produce the finished pieces. Our team carries the work through installation, giving us a practical understanding of how each build will look and function at your venue.

Laser Cutting & Engraving

Laser cutting and engraving creates precise shapes and fine surface details. It’s well suited to intricate patterns, crisp lettering, and personalized designs, with consistent results across individual pieces or a coordinated collection.

Capacity: 63” × 39”

Applications: Acrylic signs, engraved gifts, decorative panels, custom lettering, and table numbers.

3D Printing

3D printing turns digital designs into physical objects by building them layer by layer. It allows us to test proportions and fit, develop complex shapes, and produce custom details for larger builds.

Capacity: ~ 13” × 9.4” × 11.8” (W x D x H)

Applications: Prototypes, miniature models, small props, custom parts, and decorative objects.

CNC Routing

CNC routing uses a computer-guided tool to cut and carve rigid materials. It handles larger panels and thicker components, creating custom outlines, recessed details, and dimensional pieces for displays and installations.

Capacity: 51” × 97”

Applications: Backdrop panels, dimensional logos, decorative screens, display components, and props.

UV Printing

UV printing applies full-color artwork directly to flat materials, using ultraviolet light to cure the ink as it prints. It brings detailed images and graphics onto rigid surfaces without a separate sticker or wrap.

Capacity: 48” × 96” x 3.14”  (W x H x D)

Applications: Printed acrylic signs, branded display panels, photo panels, and decorative pieces on compatible wood, glass, metal, and tile.

Vinyl Cutting

Vinyl cutting creates lettering and shapes from solid-color adhesive vinyl. Once the excess material is removed, only the design remains, allowing the surface beneath and around it to stay visible.

Capacity: <64” wide.

Applications: Window lettering, logo decals, mirror signage, and personalized event graphics.

Large-Format Latex Printing

Large-format latex printing produces detailed, full-color graphics on flexible materials. It captures photography, gradients, and patterns at a scale suited to branded environments and large surface treatments.

Capacity <60”

Applications: Wall wraps, banners, window graphics, posters, canvas prints, and custom wallpaper.
