We filled an entire arena with several custom bars, neon accessories, disco balls and light-boxes to name a few.
We created the massive neon photo lounge backdrop in collaboration with Redefined Media’s Photo Lounge Hawaii. This biennial fundraising event benefits the Kapiolani Medical Center for Women & Children, specifically raising critical funds to support healthcare expansion efforts such as the Martha B. Smith Cancer & Infusion Center. The evening brings the local community, hospital staff, and major philanthropy boards together for a night featuring distinct costume themes, gourmet dining, and lively entertainment.
The Young Leaders Y2K Prom called for a full venue transformation, with oversized inflatables, bubbles, lighting, merchandise pop-ups, photo booths, and custom dance floors.
This special event aims to generate essential funds for Kapiolani’s campaign to build a women and children’s Cancer & Infusion Center. The center will be named in memory of Kapiolani’s late CEO, Martha B. Smith, who dedicated more than 30 years of her expertise and leadership to the women and children of Hawaii.
